[Outage] Sun, Nov 8 Themis Server Outage (Resolved)

On Sun, Nov 8, from 07:20 to 07:49 (UTC), the Themis server could not be accessed. It has been restored, and you can play normally now. The Gaia server was not affected.

Hello Rebirthers! Due to an outage, the Themis server could not be accessed for about 29 minutes. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

📌 What happened

• Affected: Themis server · The Gaia server was not affected
• Time: Sun, Nov 8, 2026, 07:20 – 07:49 (UTC) / 16:20 – 16:49 (KST) · about 29 minutes
• Cause: a hardware failure in the cloud equipment that runs the server
• Now: restored · We are improving our settings so the server recovers faster and automatically if this happens again

⚠️ Please note

• The database server that stores character and item data kept working normally.
• Progress from the last few minutes before the outage (such as items obtained or enhancements) may not have been saved and may have been rolled back. If anything looks wrong, please let us know through Customer Support.
